Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Custom & Prebuilt Gaming PCs

DT Wireless Shop offers both prebuilt gaming PCs and custom-configured options. For custom or configured builds:

• Component selections are subject to availability at the time of assembly
• If a selected component becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives
• Assembly and testing may add additional handling time before shipping
• Custom configurations are built to your specifications and may have different return eligibility — see our Return & Refund Policy for details

Product Compatibility

While we carefully select components for our gaming PCs, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party peripheral, software application, or future hardware upgrade. If you have questions about compatibility with specific games, monitors, or accessories, please contact us before purchasing at info@dtwirelessshop.com.

Customer Installation Responsibility

For customers who purchase individual components or choose to modify their gaming PC after delivery:

• You are responsible for proper installation of any components you add or replace
• Improper installation may void manufacturer warranties and our return eligibility
• We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation, overclocking, or modifications made after purchase
• If you are unsure about installation, we recommend consulting a qualified technician

Software & Licence Terms

Software included with or purchased alongside our gaming PCs is subject to the respective software manufacturer’s licence terms. Operating systems, drivers, and bundled software are licensed to you by their publishers, not by DT Wireless Shop. You are responsible for complying with all applicable software licence agreements. Warranty Limitations

Products sold through our Website may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by product and manufacturer. DT Wireless Shop does not provide its own separate warranty beyond what is offered by the product manufacturer.
